Can you believe it?? I can't though...

I can't believe I'll be submitting the application for PhD scholarship next Monday.. hahaha

Don't ask me if I'm going to do it (if I ever get it), because I myself can't be too sure....

Flashbacks (again..)

Despite being the usual me, I was actually kinda emo for the past few days.. Even minghao didn't notice it until I told him last night.. Nothing much, it's all the same issue that has been popping up now and then... Like what he said, the reason I still hold on to this is merely because I'm still clueless of what happened and therefore trying to search for the answers... It has been more than 5 years, and I've been trying hard to let it go... I hope I will really put it behind me one day, I'm slowly getting there....

Ironically, that particular incident may also be the reason for what I am/have today... Otherwise, I might not be pursuing my studies over here.. I have ever since told myself to live my life to the fullest and lead a better life... Slowly, I'm converted into a really practical person; I no longer mind how ppl look/think of me, no longer allow my heart affecting my decisions... That explains the reason why I always say "Never follow your heart, decide using ur mind"...

I think some ppl might be surprised to see this side of me.. I might be chirpy but I too have the serious side of me ya... hehe.. On a side note, my sister will be coming to Melbourne this Friday... Will definitely enjoy her company.... =)

Springy stuff......

With spring on its way, the weather is definitely getting better... The sunny and warm weather is absolutely welcomed.... But, with the wind howling at 100km/hr is definitely a DISASTER.... oh well, the wind was so strong that I kept on hearing the wheezing sound when I was sleeping.. And, when I said "I kept on hearing it when I was sleeping", I meant it totally affected my sleep!!! GOODNESS....

Speaking of the weather, it decided to go crazy again yesterday... It was shining bright so I decided to go out for my groceries shopping.. BUT it started to pour soon after that.. I thought I'm fortunate as I've already boarded the tram.. To cut the story short, I ended up drenched somehow... Alright, drenched is abit of exaggerating, but it's getting there!! That lasted for a few minutes only.. Good news?? Nah.... As if being "drenched" is not enough, the wind started to blow and dry me up.. If you are wondering why would I complain about being dried up, u can try this out at home.. After bathing, don't dry urself up.. Put ur clothes on (of course!!) and adjust ur air-cond to 16degree (oh well, the temperature over here was lower that that, but I guess that's the minimum temperature u can ever get from the air-cond), not forgetting to set the wind to full blast and blow it straight onto you... The full blast wind from the air-cond is hopefully half the speed of the wind I experienced yesterday... I still couldn't decide which one is worse: Being "drenched" OR dried up by the cold and strong wind... You decide, alright?? Moral of the story: don't ever thought that you're clever enough to predict the weather... It's just simply unpredictable........

Anyway, I always like spring.. Spring roll is included as well.... -_-" Tell me all the springy stuff, I guess I will like them all!! Crap......

Booooooooost*

I've been trying to finish as many papers as possible in a day... But, my head spins and my eyes start to water when I force myself to finish them... I've only read 1 paper today.... And I'm longing for my TVB drama break..... But I'm in the lab now.. How the hell am I going to have my fix over here???

Talking abt the motivation, yeah, I've gained them after my Nando's lunch (tat's the pressie from minghao lol...) and my lab presentation of course..... Good news is that supervisor seemed satisfied with my work... Was asked to go into his office immediately after the meeting.... Talked abt stuff that needs to be improved and the preparations I need to do for my thesis writing as well as oral defence.... So more stuff to read upppp, which explains my boosted* motivation... hah...

Anyway, am determined to read as much as possible, and rewrite my thesis intro.. Gotta impress ppl..... Oh, I really can't wait to graduate................. and of course with a decent result for my hectic Hons year..........................................

Need some motivation....

Don't feel motivated at all these few days... Dragged myself to the lab today again and managed to reach before 10.30am.. -_-"

Anyway, gotta present in the lab meeting today.. I hope I'm well prepared... One item off from my list.. I hope I will get to find my motivation sooooooooon.... Gotta start on my thesis and continue with my lab work.... oh well, I also hope minghao's stuff will go fine as well.. Not really sure wat is he dealing with... erm, simply because I'm biochemistry idiot.... hah....

Oh well, I feel like going off for a break... Gotta be patient.... Let's wait till Nov... Be good... Argh.. Hmm... Minghao should reward me with some gifts to keep me motivated.... *Ngiek ngiek ngiek* Yeahh, I think he should do that.. Gotta tell him this now.. I can feel a little bit motivated to do something now.. woo hoo...

The thought of giving up the PR status really puts me off...... But there's nothing I can do to salvage it........ It's as if asking me to give up the money after winning the lotto toto... aikss... Reminds me of my CPF... I wan my money backkkkkk...... don't ka poh my pathetic amount of moneyyyyyyy.........

I will be a foreigner in a non-foreign land.. haha... how crappy~~

Just booked my ticket with SQ... And it only costs like AUD50 more than jet*?? hahaa... Will be celebrating Christmas in Sitiawan this year... It has been yrsssss.... Yay Yay Yay!!!!
